What is a BOXABL Unit?

What Amenities Do BOXABLs Have?
BOXABLs come in one and two-story units and have several benefits. Here are some of the amenities you can expect:
- Every unit is turnkey. These foldable units take about an hour to construct, so you can start using them immediately.
- BOXABLs are roomier than you’d think. Each unit has nine-foot ceilings and is 361 square feet. The bathroom has a standard, home-size shower.
- BOXABL homes have heating and air conditioning. The air conditioning unit is a mini-split, which means it’s highly efficient.
- All standard-sized appliances are included. Enjoy a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, oven, and microwave.
- Each unit has an amazing warranty. BOXABL units come with a warranty, but BOXABL has purchased additional warranties as well. (Read more below.)
BOXABL has purchased extra warranties from Cornerstone United in addition to their standard warranty. The secondary warranty protects users from structural damage to the roof and protects the heating and air conditioning units. It also covers all appliances and fixtures, at no additional cost. These warranties are zero-deductible. They are transferable if you should sell your BOXABL, too.
